Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your partnership with Vilgo as a restaurant. By completing registration and accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Order Fulfilment

You are responsible for preparing and packaging all orders within the estimated preparation time shown to customers. Consistently late orders may negatively affect your restaurant's rating and visibility on the platform.

Orders must be prepared to the specifications provided by the customer, including dietary preferences and special instructions.

Food Safety

All food prepared and sold through the Vilgo platform must comply with FSSAI standards and applicable food safety regulations. You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of food prepared at your premises.

Vilgo reserves the right to suspend or remove restaurants with repeated food safety complaints or regulatory violations.

Cancellations & Rejections

Customers may cancel an order before you accept it. Once accepted, cancellations may affect your restaurant's metrics.

Excessive order rejections or cancellations without valid reason may lead to temporary suspension from the platform. Vilgo will notify you before taking such action.

Commission & Payments

Vilgo charges a commission on each order processed through the platform. Your commission rate is individually agreed upon during onboarding and is shown in your partner dashboard.

Payouts are processed within 2 business days after each successful delivery. Commission is deducted from the order value before the payout is transferred to your linked Razorpay account.

Vilgo reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of disputed orders, fraud, or policy violations pending investigation.

Platform Conduct

  • Restaurants must not contact customers outside of the Vilgo platform for order-related matters
  • You must not use the platform to promote services or products outside of what is listed in your Vilgo menu
  • Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform or its customers will result in immediate account termination
  • Menu items and prices must be accurate and kept up to date

Ratings & Reviews

Customer ratings and reviews are displayed publicly on your restaurant profile. Vilgo does not remove negative reviews unless they violate our content guidelines.

Attempting to manipulate ratings — including incentivising customers to leave positive reviews or flagging legitimate reviews — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership by giving 7 days' written notice to info@vilgo.in.

Vilgo may terminate the partnership immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, repeated policy violations, food safety incidents, or other conduct that harms customers or the platform.

Changes to These Terms

Vilgo may update these terms from time to time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
